What is it?
The Everest Active replaces the outgoing XLT as the new entry-level model. It provides seven-seat practicality, advanced driver assistance systems and Ford’s SYNC 4 infotainment with wireless smartphone integration. Positioned as a more accessible entry point, it maintains strong safety and comfort features while offering both 4x2 and part-time 4x4 options.
Interior:
The Active includes a 12-inch touchscreen, wireless charging and keyless entry. The Sport gains upgraded interior appointments and powered tailgate, while the Wildtrak introduces premium leather trim, powered third-row seats and a panoramic moonroof.
The Platinum continues as the flagship with heated and ventilated seats, B&O audio and ebony finishes. The Tremor adds rugged practicality with Tremor-embossed leather-accented seats, all-weather mats and off-road focused detailing.
Exterior:
The Sport now features a 360-degree camera, Blind Spot Information System and Zone Lighting. The Wildtrak distinguishes itself with Matrix LED headlamps, Ignite Orange paint and adventurous styling. The Platinum receives new Acacia Green paint and revised detailing. The Tremor stands apart with Command Grey paint, honeycomb grille, auxiliary LED lamps, steel bash plate and heavy-duty side steps.
Model line-up:
The range now spans five models: Active, Sport, Wildtrak, Platinum and Tremor. Each offers distinct highlights, from entry-level practicality in the Active to luxury in the Platinum. The Tremor, arriving in Q4 2026, is aimed at buyers seeking enhanced off-road capability with Bilstein dampers, increased ground clearance and Rock Crawl mode.
Powertrains:
Engines include a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbodiesel (125kW/405Nm) in the Active and a 3.0-litre V6 turbodiesel (184kW/600Nm) in the Sport, Wildtrak, Platinum and Tremor. All models use Ford’s 10-speed automatic transmission.
