JHB 912 - Senior F&I Manager (Pre-Owned Dealership)
A high-volume, reputable Pre-Owned Vehicle Dealership based in the West Rand of Johannesburg is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join its successful team.
The dealership averages 60-70 vehicle sales per month, providing an excellent platform for a motivated F&I professional to maximise earnings through an attractive incentive structure.
Please Note: Only candidates who live within 30 km of the West Rand dealership and has extensive motor dealership F&I experience will be considered for this position.
- Arrange vehicle finance and insurance solutions for customers
- Maximise dealership profitability through finance, insurance, and value-added product sales
- Achieve and exceed monthly F&I revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Ensure all finance transactions comply with legislative and dealership requirements
- Manage customer documentation and finance administration accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the finance process
- Support the sales team in achieving overall dealership objectives
Minimum Requirements:
- Must reside within 30 km of the dealership
- Fully qualified and accredited F&I Manager
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an F&I Manager in a motor dealership environment, preferably within a pre-owned dealership
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding F&I targets
- Strong knowledge of vehicle finance, insurance products, value-added products (VAPS), and compliance requirements
- Excellent relationships with major banks and finance houses
- Experience in submitting and managing finance applications from inception to payout
- Clear understanding of FAIS and regulatory compliance requirements
- Valid driver's licence
- Motor Industry experience Essential!
