The Mitsubishi Motors Dealer of the Year Awards recognise the dealerships and dealership personnel who have most effectively represented the brand across a wide range of operational areas. The awards evaluate and celebrate outstanding performance over the past year, measuring excellence across multiple dealership functions and categories.
“While receiving an award is an important recognition for our dealers, the real purpose of Dealer of the Year is to continuously raise the standard across our network. Ultimately, it is about ensuring that every Mitsubishi customer receives the level of service and experience we want our brand to stand for,” says Francois Gultig, General Manager, Sales and Operations, Mitsubishi Motors South Africa.
Dealerships are evaluated on aspects that include sales volume, achieving sales targets, parts, after sales service and customer satisfaction.
“Our dealers serve as the vital link between the Mitsubishi Motors brand and the South African public. A high-performing dealer network is essential to the continued growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term success of Mitsubishi Motors South Africa,” says Steven Terblans, General Manager: Aftersales at Mitsubishi Motors SA.
“We sincerely appreciate the dedication, resilience, and hard work demonstrated by our dealer network over the past year, particularly in navigating the challenging and often disruptive market conditions they continue to face,” he adds.
